Requirements
Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering environment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
Full driving licence
Fluent German and English language skills
Mechanical engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship
Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, reliability engineering, or maintenance environments is a benefit but not required
Experience selling to any of the following industries: Process Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Heavy Industry, Power Generation, Manufacturing.
Experience selling value-based engineering solutions rather than commodity products
Knowledge of reliability improvement methodologies and ROI-driven sales approaches
