Conduct time studies across all departments by analyzing and documenting processes, recording standard process times, and identifying opportunities to reduce production time.
Establish and maintain standard times for equipment changeover and setup activities across all departments to optimize efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvements throughout the organization by analyzing workflows and implementing effective solutions.
Create and regularly update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate documentation of design components.
Support the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) system by performing reverse PFMEA reviews to verify alignment with manufacturing processes, and update PFMEA documentation as needed.
Document and update manufacturing flow charts to accurately represent current processes and facilitate clear communication.
Undertake general projects as assigned, contributing to various initiatives as required to support departmental and company goals.
Requirements
Ongoing Studies in Industrial Engineering (Both a 3-year industrial diploma or a 4-year industrial degree are acceptable)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience or familiarity with work study methodologies, particularly time study techniques using the REFA or STC program, is highly desirable.
Adaptable and flexible team player, able to take initiative and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
