About this role
Role Overview
Lead the development and integration of AI components such as LLMs, agents, predictive models and intelligent pipelines into corporate applications and systems focused on financial, tax and regulatory contexts.
Actively participate in defining the technical architecture of solutions, considering aspects such as scalability, resilience, security, governance, cost and long-term sustainability.
Perform technical reviews and critical validations of models, pipelines, integrations and architectural decisions, ensuring excellence in deliveries and adherence to engineering standards.
Translate strategic needs from business areas into high-impact AI solutions, serving as a strong liaison between technical teams and corporate stakeholders.
Support the construction of solutions that enable analysis, automation, simulations and decision support on topics related to Tax Reform, increasing the organization’s response capacity to regulatory changes.
Keep technical documentation up to date, ensuring traceability, reuse, clarity of architectural decisions and continuity in the evolution of solutions.
Mentor and develop less experienced professionals, disseminating engineering best practices, technical standards and responsible AI use in the corporate context.
Prepare presentations, technical materials and alignment content for different audiences, including partner areas, leadership and strategic stakeholders.
Participate in demand prioritization and scope management, contributing to decisions that balance business value, technical feasibility and delivery capacity.
Share knowledge about AI frameworks, APIs, microservices, integration patterns and modern approaches to building intelligent applications.
Lead technical discussions with DevOps, Engineering, Security and Architecture teams, promoting alignment and robustness in solution deployment.
Evaluate emerging technologies, proposing evolutionary paths consistent with the company’s strategy, focused on value generation and technological maturity.
Requirements
Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
Experience with NLP, computer vision and generative AI, including LLMs, agents, RAG architectures and protocols such as MCP.
Mastery of software engineering best practices, including modularization, testing, observability, versioning, code review and delivery quality.
Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud services for deploying, monitoring and operating AI solutions in production.
Ability to design integrations between models, APIs, microservices and enterprise applications.
Experience documenting technical decisions, models, flows and architectures, ensuring traceability and governance.
Ability to communicate technical results clearly to business areas and non-technical stakeholders.
Capacity to translate business problems into scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
Technical leadership, including defining standards and mentoring teams.
Strong collaboration with business and technology areas.
Critical thinking and systemic vision for reviewing and evolving solutions.
Clear communication with technical and executive audiences.
Ongoing interest in trends and responsible use of AI.
