Role Overview
- Responsible for data correction using SQL scripts
- Extract reports using SQL for analytical purposes
- Write complex SQL queries, including joins and subqueries
- Manage major incident issues and be the primary contact for service-related issues
- Ensure adherence to processes and strive for continuous improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in support
- Data Correction using SQL scripts
- Extracting reports using SQL
- Ability to write queries, joins and subqueries
- Preferably PostgreSQL, Experience in Oracle DB is also fine
- Handle Priority 1 issues (Major Incident Management)
- Act as point of contact for all issues impacting the Service (to customer/vendors/other teams)
- Process Adherence and Continuous Improvements.
