Responsible for leading the development and launch of new and enhanced credit card products and experiences.
Key areas of focus include market opportunity assessments, business case development, product design, cross-functional execution, launch readiness, and post-launch performance optimization.
Requires strong product management, financial analysis, stakeholder leadership, and member experience expertise, with a deep understanding of credit card economics and portfolio growth strategies.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in product strategy and/or data analysis
Foundational understanding of lending principles, credit card products, and the broader card industry environment
Proficiency with business intelligence applications, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics services
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio analysis
Ability to apply statistical analysis, forecasting, and analytical frameworks to inform business decisions
Working knowledge of various data structures and the ability to manipulate data within visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Desired Qualifications:
MBA or relevant certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or PMP
Strong knowledge of credit card products, rewards programs, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions
Experience building business cases, gap analysis, financial forecasts and ROI analyses.
Proficiency with data science and business intelligence tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and prioritize product backlogs.
Experience leading large scale initiatives including managing dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
