Role Overview
- Provide local support and routine administration of Windows and Linux systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents on site
- Provide remote support for the group's various sites
- Manage incidents and ensure traceability of incident tickets via ServiceNow
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in IT, Systems or Networks
- Previous hands-on experience in IT support is required
- Proficiency with Linux environments
- Excellent knowledge of Windows (M365, Intune)
- Basic knowledge of Networking & Systems
- Fluent professional English required (C1 level)
