Role Overview

• Partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches
• Navigate technical profiles when needed
• Drive business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialists, and associates
• Maintain flawless documentation in Greenhouse and talent trackers
• Manage desk using funnel metrics and channel mix

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience
• Greenhouse Proficiency (Absolute Must)
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Tools
• Data-Driven Mindset
• Speed and Agility
• Exceptional Communication & Interviewing skills
• Continuous Improvement & AI Fluency
