Role Overview

• Independent coordination of collection and disposal operations
• Independent management of an assigned customer base
• Creating and forwarding work orders / maintenance requests
• Close communication with waste producers, logistics partners and disposal facilities
• Calculating and negotiating freight rates
• Developing process optimizations (quality management)
• Preparing reports and monitoring volumes

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration, freight forwarding)
• Knowledge and professional experience in dispatching desirable
• Ideally, professional experience in the waste disposal industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Quick comprehension, willingness to learn and strong commitment
• Structured, analytical and independent working style
• Team player and reliable
