Technical Employee, Roof and Building Technology

Role Overview

• Inspection, testing and maintenance of roofs, doors and other building systems
• Carrying out minor repair works and technical projects
• Coordinating, overseeing and monitoring repair measures involving third parties
• Conducting site inspections to document the property condition

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a roofer, metalworker, or qualified electrical specialist (electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer)
• Ideally additional vocational/trade qualifications
• Enjoyment of working at changing locations across Germany
• Willingness to undertake further training and to be introduced to new technical trades
• Ability to work at heights
• Driver’s license, Class B
• Service orientation, flexibility, team spirit and strong self-organisation skills
