RN Oncology Clinic – Gyn/Onc

Role Overview

• Join a team of remarkable nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients in the Oncology Clinic
• Connect and form therapeutic relationships with patients
• Care for patients receiving chemotherapy, supportive care medications for cancer, gynecologic procedures/surgeries, and sexual health therapies
• Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage and online patient portal
• Participate in ongoing oncology educational and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant Inpatient RN experience Preferred
• Ambulatory experience Preferred
• Relevant oncology experience Preferred
• Chemotherapy experience Preferred
• Experience with Venous Access Devices (VADs) and IV skills Preferred
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• Current CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required
• Certification in specialty area of practice Preferred
