About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for international sales of civil engineering products in the primary focus countries UK, Ireland and Scandinavia
Sustainable support, consulting and development of international customers
Strategic establishment and expansion of dealer and distribution networks
Active new customer acquisition within a (multi-tier) international sales structure
Secondary coverage across Europe and EMEA countries as required
Conducting technical product presentations and on-site training
Supporting international sales partners at customer events
Identifying new market and sales potential through market monitoring
Assisting and supporting tenders as well as infrastructure projects
Strengthening and further developing long-term international customer relationships
Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and sales units
Requirements
Successfully completed technical or commercial training, ideally complemented by a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in international sales of technical products
Ideally experience in civil engineering, construction materials, drainage systems, stormwater management or infrastructure projects
Technical understanding and a confident manner in consultative sales
Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and intercultural competence
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
High willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe
Confident use of common Office and CRM systems
Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
