Field Research Coordinator

Role Overview

• Coordinate end-to-end mystery shopping and field research activities across multiple locations and channels
• Recruit, onboard, brief, and support mystery shoppers and fieldworkers
• Schedule field visits and ensure assignments are completed according to project timelines and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fieldworkers, addressing operational concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure successful execution across all assigned projects
• Review and validate submitted reports, photos, recordings, and other research outputs for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with research methodologies, data collection standards, and project guidelines
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data quality issues
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all fieldwork activities
• Drive quality assurance initiatives to improve reliability of research outputs
• Organize, maintain, and monitor structured datasets for reporting and analysis
• Identify notable findings, trends, and observations from fieldwork activities
• Support the preparation of summaries, trackers, and research reports
• Ensure research data is accurately documented and readily accessible for stakeholders
• Assist in translating field insights into actionable business recommendations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational requirements to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align field activities with business objectives
• Communicate project updates, risks, and operational requirements effectively
• Support cross-functional teams by providing visibility into fieldwork progress and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve field operations, data collection processes, and reporting efficiency
• Recommend enhancements to quality assurance processes and fieldwork methodologies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through operational feedback and field insights
• Help establish best practices for field research execution and mystery shopping programs

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in mystery shopping, fieldwork coordination, market research, audit, or related operational roles
• Hands-on experience managing field operations, data collection activities, or fieldwork supervision
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Experience working with structured datasets and following defined research methodologies or data collection protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
