Complete extensive training in the real estate appraisal process, including inspection methods, market research, data collection, valuation techniques, and report preparation
Assist certified appraisers and conduct supervised inspections to learn how to identify property characteristics and factors that influence value
Utilize True Footage’s proprietary software and other industry tools to gather, analyze, and interpret market data and trends
Support the creation of accurate, comprehensive appraisal reports that reflect property characteristics and market conditions
Collaborate with the Appraisal Operations team to help manage scheduling, track workflow progress, and ensure timely report delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support company-wide objectives
Meet performance and learning milestones at each stage of your 12-month trajectory, demonstrating readiness to advance to Junior Appraiser

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
High proficiency in technology (or a strong willingness to learn), including software, apps, and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
