Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs for both external customers and internal technical staff.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers.
Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate audiences ranging from novice end users to experienced IT administrators.
Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations.
Design and produce self-paced training courses for electronic delivery using authoring tools.
Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs and assessments.
Publish and maintain courses within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team (SORT) to identify training needs for new product releases.
Develop and deliver timely internal technical enablement sessions.
Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related role within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Database experience, MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
Demonstrated ability to deliver instructor-led technical training to diverse audiences, including system administrators and IT professionals.
Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course publishing, enrollment management, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced product environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
Familiarity with medical software, specifically RIS or PACS.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction or product launch training programs.
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies.
Background in software system administration (networking, user management, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications).
Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a relevant technical domain (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, GCP or AWS fundamentals).
