Web & Content Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Operational support and maintenance of our websites and landing pages
• Publishing, updating and structuring content (seminars, services, specialist content)
• Technical and organizational implementation of content specifications from Marketing and business units
• Ensuring a clean content structure (navigation, page logic, linking)
• Support for technical SEO basics (site structure, load times, page quality — not strategy)
• Coordination of online updates related to seminars, schedules and content
• Serving as the interface between Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management and IT/service providers
• Quality assurance of online presence (currency, consistency, user-friendliness)
• Use of modern digital tools and AI-assisted applications for efficient content implementation

Requirements

• Experience in web content, online editorial or digital operations
• Confident use of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
• Understanding of digital content, website structures and user journeys
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
• Good English skills
• Structured, thorough and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and a high focus on implementation
• Enjoy working with marketing, business units and operational teams
