You analyze turnout (switch) systems, define requirements for sensors and data acquisition, accompany pilot installations on real infrastructure, and work with data scientists to detect failures early and make maintenance plannable.
You integrate our IoT solutions into existing railway infrastructure – from interlockings to control systems.
You ensure our solutions comply with standards EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129 and assess risks in the context of functional safety.
You define requirements for data acquisition, transmission and quality and take on the Product Owner role in agile development processes.
You run workshops with infrastructure operators – e.g. Deutsche Bahn or international network operators.
You plan pilot installations on real turnouts and supervise them on site.
You evaluate field data and drive the continuous improvement of our products.
You support us in technical tenders.
You develop and implement the product strategy for our turnout sensor technology.
Requirements
You have a degree in railway engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science.
You bring 2–5 years of experience in railway infrastructure / signalling and control technology or in industrial IoT / predictive maintenance.
You know turnout systems and understand where their weak points are.
You have knowledge of relevant sensor technologies, e.g. force, position/displacement, temperature, vibration.
You are familiar with IoT architectures with edge and cloud components and have experience in data analysis or with data-driven products.
You have worked with Systems Engineering in regulated environments.
You are comfortable working with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
You can mediate between rail experts, developers and management and align stakeholders.
You have a hands-on mentality: being out on the track is natural for you.
Analytical thinking helps you find a clear path even in complex situations.
