Monitor subgrantee compliance with BOOST grant requirements, including programmatic implementation, fiscal management, reporting, and recordkeeping
Conduct administrative reviews of reports, budgets, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, allowability, and alignment with approved grant plans
Track reporting deadlines and follow up to ensure timely and complete submissions
Identify compliance risks or deficiencies and work with subgrantees to develop and implement corrective action plans
Provide individualized technical assistance to subgrantees via email, virtual meetings (with screen sharing), and in-person support
Support subgrantees with budget development, budget revisions, and expenditure tracking
Coordinate, conduct, and document subgrantee site visits and track resolution of outstanding issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, nonprofit/business administration, youth development, or a related field. High quality, relevant experience may substitute for some of the educational requirement.
Four years of experience in a nonprofit, education, or youth development setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Commitment to collaboration, responsiveness, and justice-informed practice
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
