Role Overview
- Coordinate the IT project portfolio, from planning through delivery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of corporate systems
- Ensure proper prioritization of requests according to business impact and strategy
- Manage project schedules, scope, risks, costs, and quality
- Act as the interface between business areas and technology
- Promote governance, documentation, and standardization of project processes
- Monitor performance indicators and system evolution
- Coordinate technology vendors and partners
- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Experience in support and evolution of corporate systems
- Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK)
- Experience with IT governance and demand management
- Knowledge of system integrations (APIs and web services)
- Experience with ERP and other corporate systems
- Experience in managing technology vendors and partners
- Knowledge in requirements analysis and solution design
