Create copy for CRM campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency and connection with the audience across touchpoints.
Develop copy for CRM campaigns, email marketing, push notifications, SMS and digital communications;
Support the development of concepts and messaging aligned with the brand strategy;
Collaborate with Creative, Planning and Account teams in campaign development;
Research references, trends and relevant topics to enrich communications;
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand identity across all materials;
Perform copy revisions and make adjustments according to internal and client feedback.

Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Languages/Literature or related fields;
Strong writing skills, organization and attention to detail;
Previous experience in content production or copywriting;
Knowledge of digital campaigns and CRM is a plus;
Comfortable working in teams and fast-paced environments.
