Develop creative concepts and visual direction for online and offline campaigns
Produce assets for CRM, digital media, social networks, presentations, and corporate campaigns
Ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand’s positioning
Collaborate with Planning, Account, Copywriting and Media teams
Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative proposals
Adapt campaigns for different formats and channels
Monitor design trends, financial market developments and consumer behavior

Previous experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director in an agency or related area
Experience working with clients in the financial sector
Experience with card products, payment methods, or acquirer services is a significant plus
Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere)
Knowledge of adapting and scaling digital campaigns for different formats
Organized, collaborative profile with strong communication skills
