Role Overview
- Ensure a high standard of quality in Patient Support Programs by implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving processes and services to ensure compliance with current regulations, contractual requirements, and patient/client satisfaction.
- Conduct internal audits and support the management of local and international audits.
- Manage quality analysts.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- Training and experience in quality and Quality Management (for example: ISO 9001).
- Experience in supervision and team management.
- Experience in internal and external auditing.
