Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field.
Experience: 12–15 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Technical Expertise: Strong execution background in enterprise platform integrations, cloud architecture (AWS), Object oriented programming – .NET/Java/Ruby, and expertise in building enterprise‑scale API‑centric and event driven platforms.
Experience leveraging AI powered features within digital platforms to deliver personalized, intuitive user experiences and to improve user engagement and elevate attendee experiences.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage distributed teams and drive organizational change.
Ability to collaborate across IT and business functions to drive innovation.
Preferred: Curiosity and drive for continuous learning.
Experience leading large platform integration initiatives.
