Support the allocation and occupancy of university residences
Provide advice and guidance to students
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with accommodation-related administration, finance, marketing, and communications
Promote accommodation services at recruitment events
Support students living in university and private rented accommodation
Conduct inspections
Contribute to the continuous development of services while ensuring sustainability and excellent customer service
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
Excellent IT and administration skills
Ability to work as an effective member of the team
An understanding of how Higher Education works and the context in which services within education operate
Experience of supporting international students in finding accommodation
Proactive attitude to work
