Role Overview
- Acquire music cue sheets on behalf of the broadcaster clients to locate music cue sheets used for international airing, with the core responsibility of analyzing and providing solutions for the queries raised by the relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive communication channels with contractual clients.
- Conduct critical analysis and develop effective solutions for inquiries escalated by the Data Processing Teams or the respective clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the processes followed for establishing Connections.
- Organize files and directories in a structured manner to facilitate ease of access and Retrieval.
- Cordially liaise between other teams to resolve issues with metadata processing.
- Report system issues and document internal system developments.
Requirements
- A partially completed diploma or any other equivalent qualification HND would be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in the English language (Verbal / Written)
- Positive attitude and a pleasant personality
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of shared Google Drives and email communication
- Ability to work in Google Sheets / Docs with a fine understanding of the internet research & computer Fundamentals
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
