Finds opportunities for B2B selling and practice change at scale
Ensure team’s compliance of AZ governance framework and ABPI Code of Practice

Able to demonstrate effective leadership and cross functional coordination to implement overall brand strategies at an account level
Previous performance management experience and evidence of coaching impact
Accountable for your own actions and results as well as your team’s
Will bring pace, energy and an outcome and solutions focused mindset in driving objectives and team activities
Proven ability to build effective partnerships that drive business outcomes through expert understanding & experience of engaging with the NHS
Business qualification or educated to degree level
ABPI qualified
