They are supported by a team of Project Managers who intervene at different stages of the relationship with our partner firms.
The pilot phase, for which the Project Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to implementing the Pennylane pilot.
A deployment phase in which the Project Manager plays a central role in the successful transition from the pilot to full adoption of the tool by staff and clients.
Ultimately, it is about building and nurturing a relationship of trust with our partners so that the pilot is a success and deployment takes place under the best possible conditions.
The Project Manager team works hand in hand with the sales team to develop a targeted local strategy for firms within the same region.
As a Project Manager at Pennylane, your role will encompass three main areas: Client Relations, Project Management, and Resource Management.

You have experience in an accounting firm, audit firm, consulting firm, startup/scale-up, or corporate environment.
You have solid accounting fundamentals without necessarily being an expert.
You are comfortable with technology.
You have a sharp critical and analytical mindset, together with excellent interpersonal skills.
Energetic and persuasive, you enjoy challenges and are results-oriented.
