oversee a wide variety of greenfield and add/move/change projects for colocation and hyper-scale data centers
manage the design of industrial and data center civil and utility infrastructure
lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects
design disciplines include prototype development, mass grading, stormwater management, and utility prepositioning
develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans
host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders
proactively manage change throughout the project
identify and mitigate project risks with creative solutions
provide project updates and resolve outstanding issues
develop technical and financial proposals for new design projects
coach junior staff and support professional growth

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
Master’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred)
6 years of relevant experience in industrial and data center design and/or project management (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Professional (preferred)

ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive situations and with minimal oversight
team leadership skills
strong interpersonal and presentation skills
