About this role
Role Overview
- Assist in the execution of corporate-wide pharmacy strategies and the standardization of practices across the entire national network
- Perform duties and tasks as assigned by manager, addressing questions that arise with Innomar Pharmacies
- Maintain operational reports, including consolidation and accuracy checks
- Assist with Pharmacy Initiatives and communication regarding product/program launches
- Ensure necessary training for Innomar Pharmacies is completed
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Post-Secondary Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
- Two or more years of related pharmacy experience
- Experience with pharmacy adjudication is an asset
- Experience in calculating benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and other health insurance mathematical calculations
- Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Extensive experience with Pharmacy Systems
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Bilingualism, French/English is an asset
