Requirements
2+ years of local broadcast experience, multi-platform, or local media advertising sales with a verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
Experience working with both advertising agencies and direct clients.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced book of business with professionalism and precision.
Experience selling streaming, digital, or OTT inventory in addition to linear television.
Familiarity with Paramount+, Pluto TV, or FAST/AVOD platform sales.
Experience selling multi-market or national broadcast packages.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with WideOrbit, Strata, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
