Senior Specialist, Field Engineer – VAMPIRE DLA

Role Overview

• Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on complex network systems
• Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Deliver training to end-users on cUAS equipment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
• Secret Clearance required
• 3+ years of experience with cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems
• Diagnostic tools and test equipment
• Military standards and technical documentation
• Assisting in the development of test cases to properly validate software features
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
