About this role

Analyze and implement data change requests (e.g. new fields or codifications) accurately and promptly
Support data harmonization projects to ensure consistency and standardization across the database
Work closely with other departments to ensure data needs are met and changes are effectively communicated
Ensure all data management activities comply with standard processes and policies, and meet project deadlines
Provide regularly report on project status and timelines
Being involved in the training session

Bachelor decree
Experience in data management and change management, preferably in a healthcare setting
2/3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Comfortable working with data with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, etc..)
Complete fluency in English and French Speaker
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
