Analyzes the requirements of our business and IT organization
Creates business cases, recommendations, estimates and changes pertaining to investments, processes, business information and plans that IT and/or our business should prioritize
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Other Related Degree
Minimum 15 years related work experience
Working knowledge of Duke Energy processes for the specific processes and technologies supported by the organization
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, knowledge of its data model
Experience with AWS data fabric and related technologies
Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated collaboration skills to foster effective working relationships with the team and customers
Demonstrated leadership skills to establish and maintain a motivated and productive staff
Demonstrated resolution of complex issues ranging from technology to vendor to business issues
Experience in managing customer relationships
Experience in leading a diverse workforce from multiple sources in various geography such as: employees, contractors, vendor and off shore initiatives
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing financials for project or teams
