Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or similar), or equivalent experience.
Intermediate/Advanced English (REQUIRED): sufficient fluency to run meetings, document solutions, and communicate with stakeholders and international teams.
Minimum 7 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain Management / AX), working end-to-end on projects (discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare), having led at least one complete implementation cycle as an architect/functional lead, ensuring design consistency across SCM modules and their interfaces with Finance.
Experience in high-complexity projects with integrations and critical scenarios, such as Brazilian tax/localization, advanced WMS (Advanced Warehouse Management), TMS, integrations with logistics operators/3PLs, RF handhelds/collectors, satellite systems (MES, scales, PLM), EDI and supplier portals—participating in approach definition, stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into an integrated solution covering end-to-end Supply Chain flows: procurement and sourcing (procure-to-pay), inventory and cost management, master planning (master planning / DDMRP), manufacturing (discrete, process, lean), warehousing and shipping, sales and order fulfillment (order-to-cash), with clear impacts on inventory accuracy, costing, billing, reconciliations and period close.
Ability to create and defend solution documentation to client standards, including functional blueprints, fit-gap analysis with recorded decisions (standard vs configuration vs extension/ISV vs process change), process diagrams and flows (BPMN/end-to-end), and supporting materials for testing and acceptance (acceptance criteria, test cases and traceability).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management, preferably using Azure DevOps (or equivalent), ensuring scope clarity, prioritization and delivery quality.
Excellent executive communication with strong persuasion and influencing skills, driving alignment between business and IT, facilitating decisions and negotiating priorities with firmness and diplomacy (scope vs schedule vs budget).
