Lead the design, harmonization, and continuous improvement of SAP EWM processes aligned with Rovensa’s global template
Drive process reengineering initiatives leveraging advanced EWM capabilities to increase efficiency, automation, and scalability
Ensure solutions are standardized, reusable, and deployable across all global locations
Design and configure SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new SAP functionalities (e.g., automation, shopfloor integration, warehouse technologies)
Ensure end-to-end solution quality from design to deployment (including integration with S/4HANA and peripheral systems)
Provide high-quality functional support to warehouse and supply chain operations globally
Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements via the service desk (e.g., Jira), ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and deliver value-added optimization initiatives
Act as the bridge between business teams and IT, translating operational needs into scalable SAP solutions
Perform functional analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition across multiple countries and business units
Challenge existing processes and promote innovative, digital-first solutions
Define, coordinate, and monitor unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support go-live preparation, cutover activities, and hypercare phases
Ensure successful rollout and adoption of solutions across multiple sites
Produce and maintain high-quality functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
Support training activities to ensure effective adoption of SAP EWM solutions
Promote the adoption of automation, shopfloor execution, and system-driven warehouse operations
Identify and implement integration opportunities with warehouse technologies (RF devices, robotics, external systems)
Contribute to Rovensa’s digital transformation by leveraging advanced SAP EWM capabilities
Requirements
Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or a related field
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM, with solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes (inbound/outbound, inventory management, physical inventory, and integration with procurement, production, and sales)
Proven ability to design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on standardization and scalability
Good understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with SAP PP and QM
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus, especially in global or template-driven environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and IT teams in international environments
Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or French are a plus
Willingness to travel and actively contribute to international projects and rollouts
Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teams
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
