Support the data collection and analysis efforts involved with overseeing the implementation of a government program with respect to the care and placement of participants in a network of care providers.
Enhance and develop reporting and analytics capabilities.
Support forecast modeling.
Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards.
Build briefing products, conduct and deliver analyses, and coordinate/implement data collection efforts.
Support the regular reporting of program metrics to senior leadership and any adjacent federal agencies.
Initiate and lead longer term information management projects that combine data across various disciplines with the goal of yielding new actionable insights for program leaders.
Support any ad-hoc information requests or technical needs which arise within the program itself.
Requirements
8+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, or similar degree with at least 7-8 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis.
Master’s degree preferred.
High degree of familiarity working with sensitive-PII and integrity in protecting customer data.
Working knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and scripting languages (R, Python).
Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational databases.
Advanced skills in Excel and VBA.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred.
