Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Build scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices
- Integrate applications with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker is a plus
