Role Overview
- Support the compensation proposal and employment offer workflows
- Supporting the compensation department with its operational tasks and business execution
- Preparation of compensation data and correct data as necessary
- Coordinate and participate in compensation and benefits surveys
- Handling the application process of work permits for foreign employees coming to Taiwan
Requirements
- University degree or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HR field
- Knowledge of HR related law
- Good working attitude and team-player
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English
