Be a part of a high performing, industry leading, robust, and innovative planning process support team that supports planning cycles and in delivering key transformations for the Supply Chain group at HP Inc.
Act as a single point of liaison between business and IT teams to bring them together to achieve common deliverables and goals.
Manage the coordination between multiple IT teams supporting the planning systems and work with them to ensure the right job sequencing is done, any issues are addressed immediately, root causes for issues are identified and fixes are delivered on-time.
Work with HPs Development IT and business teams to roll out solutions to make process more efficient and effective.
Use and explore IBP systems and its capabilities effectively for delivering process excellence and identify improvements.
Participate in planning, design, testing and rollout of the planning transformation projects.
Support business continuity planning during system downtime and upgrades, thereby ensuring no impact to planning cycles.
Contribute to building a positive, productive, pleasant working environment.
Requirements
Experience in SAP APO Module or SAP APO Consultant with atleast 4 years of work experience in SAP APO Modules, Supply Chain Systems.
Excellent business acumen, knowledge of supply chain and supply chain data (SAP ERP knowledge is a must)
Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Very Good with MS Office.
Ability to represent data through XL/PowerPoint / PDF.
Software skills experience like front end technologies e.g., SQL, MS Access, MS Excel including macros would be an added advantage.
Knowledge on SAP IBP would be an added advantage.
Advanced written and verbal skills.
Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays).
