SEC Reporting Manager

Role Overview

• Support the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc.)
• Prepare or review quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare earnings per share calculations.
• Prepare or review monthly journal entries, accounting analyses, and reconciliations related to stock-based compensation.
• Manage quarterly reporting and auditor reviews.
• Drive process improvement opportunities for financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate financial reporting role.
• Strong background with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, XBRL tagging) required, including knowledge of SEC reporting standards.
• Experience with public company stock administration and stock-based compensation expense reporting preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions.
• Superior attention to detail.
