Lead cross-functional project teams across Banjo and KZValve to plan, execute, and deliver projects that drive new product development and profitable growth.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring project execution from initiation through completion.
Create clear, consistent communication frameworks to ensure alignment across customers, product management, engineering, and internal stakeholders, providing transparency on progress, risks, and changes.
Coordinate closely with sponsor customers and internal teams to deliver projects that meet customer requirements while supporting business objectives.
Implement and standardize project management processes, tools, and best practices across the Agriculture Group to enable repeatable, scalable execution.
Oversee and coordinate broader project management initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and processes.
Leverage project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, O365) to enhance visibility, collaboration, and execution efficiency.
Operate as a highly engaged partner to the business, supporting strategic initiatives and reinforcing the Agriculture Group’s commitment to new product development.

5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing-based new product development environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Technical competency with embedded systems, plastic injection molding, and fluid control products beneficial.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, O365 suite)
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Results-driven with high personal accountability and ownership
Experience implementing or improving project management processes and tools
