Collaborate daily with the AI Innovation Lead to translate business use cases into scalable technical AI solutions
Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external AI vendors, supporting integration and implementation of third-party solutions
Drive innovation by expanding the digital workforce, identifying automation opportunities, and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuity in production environments
Deep dive into system logs, API calls, and technical traces to investigate incidents and identify root causes of issues across our Tech & Data ecosystem
Support IT change management processes, including documentation, testing, approvals, and deployments for AI solutions
Contribute to vendor management, including coordination, performance tracking, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance standards, and ethical AI guidelines
Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation of AI models, integrations, and third-party solutions

Strong passion for AI, automation, and innovation, with the ability to bridge technical depth and business understanding
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools is a plus (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data pipelines, including deploying and maintaining AI in production
Journey mapping expertise: Proven ability to map complex customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities
Familiarity with cloud platforms and third-party AI services
Knowledge of IT change management processes (e.g., ITGC), governance, model risk, and ethical AI considerations
Experience working with external vendors and technology partners
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across business, technical teams, and suppliers
Organized and documentation-focused, with familiarity in compliance, audit frameworks, and Agile ways of working
