Support the development of creative concepts for online and offline communication campaigns
Work in partnership with Art Directors to create campaigns and content for various platforms
Write copy for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, newsletters and other communication materials
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas aligned with client objectives
Research trends, markets, consumers and relevant topics to support creative development
Adapt messaging, tone of voice and communication styles to different brands and audiences
Collaborate in developing consistent narratives and content across multiple formats and channels
Support the review, adaptation and optimization of content
Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client teams to ensure project quality and effectiveness.

University degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Languages/Literature or related fields
Excellent written Portuguese
Good command of English
Interest in advertising, communication and brand building
Curiosity, creativity and eagerness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team and receptive to feedback
Knowledge of major digital platforms and social networks (a plus)
Academic portfolio or personal projects (valued but not mandatory)
