About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support to Service Sales and Maintenance teams.
Prepare and process customer contracts, renewals, and service-related documentation.
Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Support maintenance planning, technician scheduling, and service operations.
Assist with inspections, reporting, customer portals, and tender documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management across systems.
Requirements
UAE National (Family Book holder).
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with SAP, CRM, or ERP systems is beneficial.
