Serve as a trusted technical advisor and senior consulting engineer
Help clients design, implement, and optimize Microsoft business application solutions
Translate business requirements into solution designs
Lead hands-on development activities across Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives

7+ years designing and delivering Microsoft business application solutions using Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
Strong experience with model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse (tables, relationships, data modeling), Power Automate cloud flows, and Power Platform ALM practices
Experience across one or more areas: Canvas Apps, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365 apps
Proven ability to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, estimate effort, and lead technical workstreams using Agile practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
