Role Overview

• Be the vital link between our innovative herd improvement solutions and the farmers who rely on them
• Champion customer relationships, drive sales performance, and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do
• Maximize relationships with existing customers and actively build relationships with new customers
• Successful implementation of LIC solutions and the achievement of sales targets in your area
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers
• Undertake educational and promotional initiatives with farmers

Requirements

• Making connections and building relationships will come easily to you
• A background in dairy would be advantageous
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Results-focused with a track record of achieving great sales results
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally
• Great problem-solving skills
• Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• A tertiary qualification in this field is advantageous.
