Lead independently complex ERP solution delivery and proactively solve product issues
Guide product teams, champion accountability, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Solve complex problems, make independent product-level decisions, provide technical oversight, and report at the product or product line level
Define, order, and refine Product Backlog items to align with business goals
Evaluate existing SD processes to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates
Work with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of new features within S/4HANA
Perform independent, hands-on SAP standard configuration and customization within S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material management (MM) module
Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for custom developments and actively design and deliver WRICEF items
Act as the functional lead for SD integration touchpoints with Decentralized EWM and Embedded TM
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SD, ideally with full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) or SAP Cloud ALM for documentation and transport management
Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting IDocs/ALE
Familiarity with pharmaceutical business models (preferred)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions without over-customizing the 'Clean Core'
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Global Trade Services (GTS) integration
Proven experience with Decentralized EWM integration and Embedded TM
