Managing sourcing pipeline, benchmarking data, and global budget
Supporting direct material budget activities and leading supplier relationship management initiatives
Perform change management activities and represent purchasing in supplier KPI reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics or product development
Proficient in completing tasks autonomously, without coaching in competencies such as Data Judgement, Informative Communication, Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Analytical Thinking
Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally
