Use your skills to extract data from systems, analyse portfolio products and report on findings to senior stakeholders
Engage with key stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted advisor to provide insights and ideas for improvement
Deliver timely and accurate data through models, reports, analysing and communicating results, responding to complex business issues and providing best practice solutions to assist with company direction and decision-making
Analyse data extracted from multiple systems in comparison to prior months or years and our competitors
Support team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis
Formulate strategy for the commercial products – Motor, Liability, Personal injury, Workers Compensation and Property

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
Background in Insurance, Consulting, Banking or Financial Services
Ability to deliver insights from data
General insurance knowledge will be an advantage
Python, SQL, Power BI and Data warehouse knowledge
Tertiary degree in related discipline
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with Senior Leaders
