Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document business requirements and analytical needs
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executive and operational audiences
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, providing regular insights on trends and anomalies
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data requirements are met for reporting and analytics initiatives

3 to 5 years of experience in related data analytics and report building roles.
Successful completion of B.Sc./B.A. in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or applicable program
Demonstrated experience with BI and visualization tools required (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms)
Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Proficiency in SQL and data querying, with understanding of database structures and data relationships
Experience with data modeling concepts and ability to understand semantic data models and business logic
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives
