- Evaluate current CJA implementation and suggest improvements
- Lead the full vendor evaluation for CDP
- Own implementation governance and establish integration patterns
- Assess journey orchestration landscape and recommend a platform
- Own architectural vision for RSM’s full Martech ecosystem
- Define integration standards and technology roadmap
Requirements
- 10+ years in Martech, marketing data platforms, or marketing operations in a B2B enterprise environment
- Proven experience evaluating and selecting technology platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with the CDP landscape
- Ability to architect across a multi-platform stack
- Strong command of B2B data concepts
- Enough stakeholder credibility to influence senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus
